Trust me, I know. I’ve looked through the selection at my local grocery store and as immediately confounded by what I found there. And I found myself asking questions that you’ll probably find familiar. Should I buy natural, creamy, or chunky peanut butter? What brand should I buy – Jif, Peter Pan, Skippy, Justin’s, PB Fit or some other brand? What’s the difference between regular peanut butter and peanut powders? I couldn’t answer those questions, and I couldn’t find any reliable information on the Internet, so I decided to do my own research and find answers to all of them. The first thing that you should do before you purchase any peanut butter is to look at the label.
